Integrative analysis of genomics and imaging data from the BRAIN Initiative and other public data sources
Role: Leader

The project integrated large-scale multi-omics and brain imaging data to build interpretable predictive models—centered on an enhanced Linear Network of Cell-Type Phenotypes (LNCTP) with Graphical LASSO and GMRF components—that accurately estimate genetic risk for cognitive traits and neuro-psychiatric disorders while highlighting key genes, pathways and brain regions. All code, pipelines and datasets were released openly, and the effort also trained early-career scientists through an interdisciplinary, collaborative framework.
