NIH/NHBLI
Yale/NHLBI Proteomics Center Contract
Role: Informatics co-director
The overall grant is funding for a proteomics center at Yale. This center is focused on developing and implementing MS-based analysis of protein expression and protein phosphorylation at the "genome" level. The Gerstein lab contribution, entitled "Functional and Interrelative Proteomics," is to develop approaches for globally comparing and correlating protein abundance and mRNA levels and relating this to complexes.
